## Dependency risks and notes
- Zero outbound coupling and two inbound repo consumers (`SAIF.Services.Printing`, `LegalMaintenance`); the
  `<Serializable()>` attribute makes binary MSMQ round-tripping an implicit versioning constraint — adding or
  renaming fields changes both the binary payload and the `KEY=value` text contract.*
- All declared NuGet/framework packages are inherited, solution-uniform references not exercised by this
  library's single compiled type; they add build-time surface without a corresponding runtime dependency here.*
- `LegalMaintenance/LegalMaintenance.vbproj` references this library only so the assembly is deployed for the
  `SAIF.Services.Printing` chain; no code in the web project calls `clsImageImport` directly.*
